Your business. One clear next step.
1. Choose where customers go
Select your package and tell us the exact Google review page, social profile, or other agreed destination you want to share.
2. Approve your setup
Provide your logo and business name. Review the digital artwork and destination link before production. A digital proof shows the design; it is separate from approval of a physical sample.
3. Put it within reach
Place the stand where customers naturally connect with your team. They tap a compatible phone or scan the QR code, then open the link shown.
A few useful details
Phone support and settings vary. Google requires sign-in to leave a review. Customers decide whether to review or follow; the product does not post automatically or guarantee results.
Tell us before production if you expect your destination to change. Permanently locked tags cannot be reprogrammed, and printed QR codes may need replacement.
Why make review requests part of the customer experience?
Trust influences how people choose local businesses, and recent feedback matters. A simple, consistent invitation after a service, purchase, or vehicle delivery helps customers find the right page while their experience is fresh. Your team can invite all customers to leave an honest review, without incentives or pressure.
BrightLocal's 2026 consumer survey found 97% of respondents read local business reviews. Read the research.
